1Acceptance of Terms

2Account Eligibility

To register and use arai44's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are not on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list imposed by any regulatory body.

• You have not previously been banned by arai44 for fraud, breach of trust, or violation of terms.

Arai44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm a player's eligibility. The KYC process involves submitting valid identification documents such as a national ID, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of current address.

3Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the arai44 platform. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same or different names, emails, phone numbers or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, ID number, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address. False or misleading information will result in immediate account termination.

• Your account password must be strong and must not be shared with anyone.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur within your account.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact arai44 support immediately.
• Arai44 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• Transferring or selling an account to another party is strictly prohibited.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Arai44 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost. All financial transactions are processed through systems protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for most payment methods.
• Deposit funds will be credited to your account within minutes after payment confirmation.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under your own name.
• Deposits from third parties or sources of unknown origin will not be accepted.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours on standard business days.

• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.

• Abusive behaviour, threats, or harassment directed at other players or arai44 staff.

10Account Termination

Arai44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• Account used for fraudulent or illegal activities.
• The player has provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspected money laundering or terrorism financing activity has been detected.
• Account termination is required to comply with legal requirements or court orders.

Players may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned to the player after all security checks are completed, subject to no outstanding term violations.

11Amendment of Terms and Conditions
